How long does the carpet take to dry?
Your carpets will dry between 2-6 hrs depending on carpet pile and weather conditions. You can turn your A/C unit and fans to speed up the drying process.
How long does the cleaning process take?
The cleaning process of a normal size home takes about 1-2 hours. If carpet is heavily soiled then the process is much longer. For commercial cleaning the process is much longer it all depends on size and carpet conditions.
Do you move furniture?
Yes we do, we move furniture like sofas, chairs, night stands etc. We do not move wall units, electronic devices, or beds. We put foam blocks under legs of furniture to protect the carpet from getting rust or furniture stains after carpet have dry.
Does your cleaning process or method remove all stains on the carpet?
Our cleaning process will remove most stains. However there is some stains that dye or permanently stain the carpet and won’t come out.
Will my carpet shrink after the cleaning process?
Our cleaning process will not shrink your carpets, in the past carpet used to shrink because some manufacturers used a jute backing but now most manufacturers are making carpets with a synthetic backing and carpets wont shrink.
Are there any harmful cleaning agents used or left after cleaning that could harm my children or pets?

How often should I clean my carpets?
We recommend our customers professional cleaning at least every 6 to 12 months depending on how many people live in the house or pets.
Are there any stains that won’t come out?
There is some circumstances that some stains becomes permanent when they dye the color of the fiber of the carpet like red fruit punches, certain teas, hair dyes, urine, blood, feces, coffee and make-up. There specialized cleaners and spot & stain removers we use to remove all these type of stains but some wont come out completely from your carpet.
How long before I can walk on my carpet?
You can walk on your carpet immediately but it is recommended that you limit traffic until completely dry.
Will your services help my allergies?
Yes, having your carpet and furniture cleaned removes pollutants and makes for a more friendly breathing environment.
